HER Running Series begins before you toe the line and goes the distance beyond race day. In the week’s leading up to Race Day, you will BE INSPIRED by stories from runners just like you, find helpful advice from fitness, health and wellness experts. On HER Running Series social media channels, you’ll be able to connect with everyday runners including HER Ambassadors, ask questions, and share your training experiences. In the week before Race Day, you’ll be able to test out training at a wide-range of fitness and yoga studios, which may inspire you to add a new sweat session to your regular cross-training routine.
